2. Delivery time is within 12 hours after payment confirmed.
3. It will take 3~7days for shipping (depending on the destination country).
4. Any import charges or fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please note that some remote places will take around 1-3 days more on delivery.

After-Sales Service:
1.The e-cigarette has 12 months warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2.All the products are strictly checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3.In case any defects occurred during transportation or by improper use,
we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defect is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4.Buyer is responsible for the shipping of return and seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements
